Dr. Eric YinShan Ng's research involves working in diverse environments such as drug discovery and development, and disease mechanism pre-clinical research. His expertise lies in cell and molecular biology, molecular genetics, animal model and assay development.
Dr. Ng has significant experience applying basic experimental techniques and analysis to drive “go” and “no-go” decisions on translational drug development and discovery projects. Currently, he is focused on mechanistic and translational research for neuro-vascular eye diseases including AMD, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and retinopathy of prematurity.
