Prior to joining Schepens, I worked for 10 years at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tennessee. I received my Masters degree in 1995 from St. Teresa's College, Mahatma Gandhi University in Cochin, India. I made the conscious choice of coming to Boston to experience all that this wonderful city has to offer- the history, sports and the vast variety of colleges.

I started working at Schepens after moving to Boston in 2007. I joined the Stein-Streilein laboratory here and started working in Immunology. In addition to assisting Dr. Stein-Streilein manage the smooth running of the lab, I am currently involved in a project that is looking at the effect of immune privilege post injury to the CNS.
