François Delori was born in Belgium and obtained his PhD in physics from Imperial College, London, in 1972. He then joined Schepens Eye Research Institute. He is now a Senior Scientist at the Institute, and an Associate Professor in Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. His interests include light damage to the retina, and the roles of macular pigment and of RPE lipofuscin in age-related macular degeneration (AMD). To read more about Dr. Delori, please click here.
