Protecting your Invention
Each member of the institute is expected to report inventions that might be useful, patentable or otherwise protectable to the Office of Corporate Alliances.
Public disclosures such as publications, abstracts, presentations jeopardize your ability to protect your invention. The Office of Corporate Alliances is available to discuss with you the patentability of your inventions. The decisions regarding patent filing, prosecution and maintenance are made by the Technology Transfer Committee.
