About Us

The Office of Corporate Alliances promotes partnership with industry through the sponsored research programs, manages the institute’s intellectual property, markets the technologies developed at the Institute and negotiates license agreements. For the Schepens community, the Office of Corporate Alliances is responsible for Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Confidentiality Agreements and Consulting Agreements.
